Our money and merchandise and return policy is valid for 14 days from purchase. After receiving a claim, we will refund or replace the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care products
To complete the return, please provide your order number, purchase receipt and the reasons for the return.

There are certain situations where only part of the money is returned:

If the return procedure is approved, the money will be returned to the account that was used to pay for the purchase

Late or no refunds

If you haven’t received the money yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially announced.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before refunds are issued.

Items for sale

Refunds can only be made for regular items. Items for sale cannot be returned.

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email to refund@petbalt.eu and send the product to: MB Letenėlė Raudondvario plentas 147 4R Kaunas, 47192 Lithuania.

If the item was marked as a gift with purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. After receiving the returned product, you will be sent a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver has sent the order to themselves to deliver to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipment return
If you want to return the product, you should send it to: MB Letenėlė Raudondvario plentas 147 4R Kaunas, 47192 Lithuania. You don’t need to send food – if you don’t like the food, you have to dispose of it yourself or offer the quality food to your friends to try – maybe they will like it.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
